Questions buyers often ask
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For our in-stock models (about 200,000 pairs in our warehouse) the MOQ is just 1 pair — you can mix models, colors and sizes freely. For custom orders with your own logo, small-batch production starts from 300 pairs.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are FOB reference prices in US dollars for standard stock models. Final prices depend on order quantity, customization, packaging and shipping terms — we will send you a formal quotation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Tell us the model numbers, colors and sizes you would like to test and we will arrange samples — sample lead time is about 15 days. We will confirm the sample cost and express shipping to your country.
Can you put our logo on the shoes and boxes?
Yes. We offer OEM/private label services: your logo on the tongue, insole, heel, dial or outsole, plus custom colors, materials, hang-tags and branded shoe boxes. We can also develop completely new designs (ODM).
How long is the delivery time?
Samples take about 15 days and bulk orders about 35 days after sample approval and deposit. We also keep around 200,000 pairs in stock, so stock models can ship even faster.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C and PayPal. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
Which size ranges do you offer?
Men's models run EU 39–48/49, women's EU 35/36–43 and unisex models up to EU 35–48. US and UK size charts are available on each product page.
Which markets do you export to?
Our main customers are importers, brands, retailers and online sellers in Europe and North America. We are familiar with their quality expectations, labeling and export documentation.
